I wish I could give this place zero stars. Dr. Bacall has no patience and lacks basic bedside manner. He comes across as arrogant and dismissive, which is concerning when dealing with children. After a death in our family caused us to miss an appointment, I called immediately to apologize and reschedule. The office initially had no issue, but days later I was told he would no longer see my child on Saturdays. This response showed a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. As someone who works in healthcare, I would never treat a patient this way. I would not recommend him to anyone.
