This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and customer focused. I recently had a brand new pair of transition glasses fitted and they fit and looked great. I had left these glasses on the counter in a protective case when our new puppy thought it was a new toy and ruined my 500 glasses. Balfour vision replaces at no cost. So thankful. The office manager is very nice and caring.

This was my first visit and I’m really happy with Mary Leong, O.D. and everyone who worked with me. They handled my insurance, assisted me in selecting perfect frames, and are just nice people! My glasses took a couple of weeks, and are probably the best prescription I have ever had. Thank you to each of you!

Wrong prescription given to me. I returned and was checked by Dr Ong. Again I was told to wear the glasses for two weeks. I wore them longer. I still couldn’t see well. I went else where paid to have my eyes and glasses checked. Turns out the first prescription from Dr Ong was only 20% of the prescription I should have received. I will be returning for a refund.
