I had the most disappointing experience I’ve ever encountered at a vision care facility. The staff displayed unprofessional and unreliable behavior, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Despite repeatedly asking the receptionist to confirm if my prescription was in stock, I was met with consistent interruptions, dismissive responses, and, on one occasion, she even hung up on me. In person, her behavior was no better—she frequently interrupted the clerk who was assisting me, further delaying the process. The only positive part of my experience was the checkout clerk in the vision store, who demonstrated professionalism and empathy. She understood the importance of my contact lenses and made every effort to assist me, which I deeply appreciated. This office needs to reevaluate its customer service practices. Customers deserve a respectful and efficient experience, especially when dealing with something as essential as their vision care.

I drive a while to go to this office. Have been with her for at least 6 years. She will explain things if you ask. Very personable.

She is a great doctor that cares about each patient. Takes her time and helps correct any problems you have .

When you called today 50 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment to ask if everything was okay, It wasn’t. It is extremely unprofessional. Please do not use this doctor if you are in a hurry or have a life. The public’s time is just as important as your time.

This office goes above and beyond. Truly wish more offices could be as efficient, friendly, and professional as this one!
