I had two different eye surgeries at Banner and I could not be happier with the results of the surgeries. Everyone at the facility was very informative and very professional. I would definitely go back if needed and would recommend this facility and the doctors to everyone.

Dr. Cori Jones was warm and very friendly. She took the time to really listen to all the changes I've experienced with my vision and very kindly and thoroughly explained to me the factors influencing the changes in my vision. I felt heard and honestly can say it was the best eye exam I've had, after wearing contacts for 36 years!

Worst clinic ever. Be careful of a SCAM. My kids went there for a regular check up, but they billed a high amount and when I requested to talk to ask why, they told me to talk to my insurance. My insurance called and they couldn’t provide any information for the insurance. Be careful.

This clinic is outstanding in answering our questions and after 7 years of being told there was nothing we could do about my husbands double vision in Spokane after we moved to AZ this clinic said there was, a 15 min operation! now 4 years ago, and it is still corrected, such a blessing to have such knowledgeable doctors.

I always receive the best possible care here. My surgery at the Reid Park Surgery Center (Dr. Jabroun) was handled extremely well; the operation to correct my double vision was successful!

Update. They put the wrong IOL in, falsified records and Banner Risk management doesn't care. There is no way everything in the chart was done considering I had one appointment before my first cataract surgery. I found out from reputable doctors that's not possible. Time to get an attorney. Nope. Don't do it. Go anywhere but here. Doctors are bailing like seniors after finals. I had surgery with one doctor. Two weeks that doctor left and was transferred to another doctor who was rude and condescending. He was supposed to refract me but gave me my prescription on a post it note. And found out today that he's leaving too. No loss there. I had asked the dept manager to call weeks ago. Never heard from her. I'm having really a really hard time seeing. Apparently that's not important. Just this year, I have lost 6 doctors at Banner. The only department I've had luck with is the infusion clinic. Even Rheumatology itself is so so since doctors are always leaving.
