I really like coming here getting my eyes checked the people are very nice and wonderful and they treat you good

Care is Wonderful, they have taken great care of my mother in law. The waiting rooms chairs are horrible, They are torn up and the stuff sticks to your clothes. They really need to buy new waiting room chairs.

The TV in the waiting room was on a loud and obnoxious sport network channel. I asked the other people in the waiting room if they would be ok with me asking to change it. They all said please. Asked to have it changed and the lady at the front desk said “they voted and it’s the only channel we can have it on.” How ridiculous! Who voted?? Not the people I’m sitting with in the waiting room.

I have been very happy with the care I have received. They are thorough, efficient, and caring. I will put up with the awful waiting room chairs for 15 minutes (avg wait time) in exchange for my eyesight! And I'll smile as I wait. 😁 …

Took a family member there and she was treated well. I waited in the WR, chairs all torn up and uncomfortable! Surely this office can afford to repair or buy new chairs, 4 other family members were complaining about them around where I was sitting!

This wait is ridiculous. We have been here waiting for three hours Your chairs in the outside waiting room needs to be replaced by

Absolute miss management of patients time and poor service by the care provider. Facilities are dated and run down. Waiting room furniture is worn and tattered. 2+ hour wait for “AN APPOINTMENT”…… Plenty of excuses and absolutely zero care given to address their issues. STRONGLY recommend you use a different provider.

Had appointment scheduled yesterday at 3:30. Called to make sure they had me on the books since I did not get reminder card at 2pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm. By 4:15 I was told DR running behind and there was another patient ahead of me. This patient did not have appt (I was sitting next to them). I told them to reschedule me as I was not waiting another hour. The scheduler was very snippy with me. I was having a minor eye surgery that should not have taken more than 1/2 hour. I had to get a friend to drive me. My time is valuable too! When I called at 2 pm they could have told me the Doctor was running late. The rating is low due to the waiting without notice and the scheduler / receptionist having attitudes.
