My experience at Baptist Eye Surgery Center was a very warm and welcoming one. All the persons who attended to me were very encouraging. At first l was feeling very nervous but then l realized it was home away from home. Thanks to all who attended to me even those who passed by made me felt so comfortable.. It was such a wonderful experience and I know that you will continue to serve in such a dignified way. I would recommend anyone to the Center.

The team clearly strives to provide a positive experience, and I felt like they took care of me as an individual rather than a number. I don't think I've ever received so much friendly care from such a caring, just plain-old-nice staff! With one exception - the front desk person, who was borderline brusque with me - everyone was so helpful and pleasant that a potentially challenging experience was made so much easier. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
