Not sure "WHY" they make an appointment and tell you to be here early. Because we're still waiting. Oh yeah had to ask for paperwork because staff is so busy just sitting there. I haven't herd the phone ring, so obviously not that. I seen multiple families come in after us been seen and left. Sound like preference. I would rate at 0 "ZERO"

Great staff! Dr. Siegel is the best. No one like him. Has over 15 years of experience. My son got a dermoid cyst removed. He did a fantastic job. If anyone has eye problems, hes the guy to see.
