It was a pleasant experience. Took me in right away, the gentleman was very personable and knowledgeable. The the lady called me in next, again in a very timely manner. Then was called me back again lastly to see Dr. Lee, she was very professional and communicated clearly with me. All done in a very efficient and pleasant way.

CEENTA gets high fives and somersaults for creating an atmosphere which meeds the immediate needs of people in Charlotte and the surrounding area--bang-up job! And Dr. Lee, Wayne and Diana are bright shining stars in everyone's day who comes their way. The atmosphere they create and the health services they provide give a level of meaning to "health care providers" well above the usual fare. Everybody is better off with these people and this facility in the neighborhood.

Dr Lee is very personable. She made me comfortable from the onset of my first visit. She was thorough in explaining the process of my surgery and caring for my self afterwards and welcomed any questions.
