I went here thinking I was going to get good service but instead after having my glasses for only a month the arm just came right off. The frames just seemed faulty. When I went to get them replaced I was told that they would only cover 60% with the protection. That insurance wouldn’t cover the rest. She also said that it looked like I just pulled the arms apart. How dare her acuse me of breaking these glasses. These glasses were expensive. I will no longer be giving them my service and will be sure to tell others not too as well. Very disappointed! If I could I would give no stars.

Each time coming to Bard I have received very good service. The team is knowledgeable and always share their ideas of how the frames look against your skin tone and size of frames. I also enjoy my eye exams their doctor at Grand Prairie is just very cheerful and honest. You looking for a good value and great service Bards your place.

The optometrist was fine, but the rest of the office staff is terrible. They are too lazy to put the effort into helping you get a pair of glasses that will actually work for you. They also act like it is no big deal when they mess up and it means that a customer has to make extra trips back to their office. I will be taking my prescription for glasses somewhere else.
