I came here a few years ago with my family, it was a quick and efficient appointment and I got my glasses a week later. While you wait you can look at frames too and you don't wait too long. The sizing was a bit off the first time I went, but I wanted to try again because I never said anything. I just picked my glasses up today and they fit my face perfect. The eye exam is quick and you get your glasses a week later. Thanks, Bard Optical! 🫣👓 See you later 👋

Very nice office. The Doctor and his assistant were very kind. Eventhough they were very busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. Danielle helped me pick out frames with such kindness and professionalism. Hope to see her when I pick up my glasses and super cool sunglasses, Danielle also helped pick out.

I didn't have any issues with them myself, but my husband did... He said the eye doctor was great! However, his staff is VERY disorganized and dropped the ball on MULTIPLE occasions. He wanted to try contacts for seeing close up so he doesn't have to constantly put on and take off his reading glasses. He had an eye exam in early July 2023 and was given some trial pairs of disposable contacts. He could see well up close with them, but he could not see distance as well while wearing them. That wouldn't work for him as he drives a semi for a living and needs to have clear distance vision. In 3 months he has tried 4 different trial lenses that all wouldn't work for him and most of those took a MONTH between each trial set for the new trial pair to come in due to the staff not actually ordering them when they said they would. He was told it would be about a week or so before the new trails would come in, so he waited for 2 weeks before calling to ask if they had arrived (since he hadn't received a phone call from them). At this point, they would say, oops, they hadn't been ordered, and they would do so now and wait another week or so for a call back. That happened MORE than once! Now they tell him that since it has been so long, he needs to pay out of pocket for a new eye exam as multifocal lenses just dont seem to be working for him. Beyond ridiculous, in my opinion, as it is THEIR fault, each trial took so long to come in!! They should be re-examining his eyes for free, or just listen to us on what he actually needs to be able to see clearly for both up close and distance. We won't be going back, and we will find another eye doctor in the area in January, as that will be a new calendar year where our ins. coverage will kick back in.
