Not a good experience. I thought my appointment was for just checking the pressure in my eyes so planned accordingly. But in fact it was the yearly exam but no one told me that & none of the assistants said anything about it. When they wanted to dilate my eyes, I was out of there. Very poor communication.

I called for vision appts for my husband & I for routine exams covered by our in-network vision insurance. The visits were coded as medical vision exams at a rate of 315.00, instead of being covered by our vision insurance. It is impossible to get ahold of billing to discuss and correct this billing error. This is not right! I have tried calling, was placed on hold then disconnected with no one helping me. If my appts were coded as routine there would be no charge for the visits! Shame on you Barnet Dulaney Perkins eye center.

Id rate 0 stars if I could. They were absolutely horrible. Worst experience ever. I don't want to go back. They didn't seem informative. They did it so quick I didn't really have time for questions. When I tried to mention something it seemed like I was bothering them. They staff seem like they hate their job & it shows. They didn't explain things to me. Just did it. When I tried to understand they just rushed. They didn't tell me they were going to dislate me till after they did it. They just said, "Im going to put drops in your eyes" not informing me it was dilation till my eyes kinda were getting weird and I had to ask what was going on. Only after I said something they told me they dilated. Rude staff. There was only one nice staff member. But all she did was take my BP. The rest were rude. Never will go back or recommend.
