Desk staff are very friendly, patient and informative. Medical Assistants explained each step of her process. The doctor did a thorough examination and explained all of her observations. Even though the board in the waiting room said be prepared for a 2-3 hour visit, I was in and out in 30 minutes. My intake process was smooth and efficient, my doctor (Funke) saw me promptly and all went well. I have been with Southwest Eye Center for at least 15 years and this by far was my best experience ever!!!!

Dr. Tracy Hutchings is easily the best, most caring and trusting Eye Doctor I've seen. She listens to you and then she doesn't talk down at you she converses with you. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tracy for all your eye needs - she's simply the BEST of the BEST!
