Dr. Moore has taken my needs seriously! He listens very carefully to me describing my symptoms. I receive empathy and feel validated by him! Thanks for helping me get me through my Tepezza Journey and for always giving me honest advice. It makes it so easy to trust you! Oh and this is the cleanest facility I've been to! I was surprised to see it was just as clean as the other 2 facilities I've been to for Dr. Moore. Us with auto immune diseases really appreciate the attention to cleanliness! Recently we've decided to potentially do an Orbital Decompression surgery for my eyes. I told him yes and he said to wait it out 3 months to decide. He's definitely not here just to take your money. It was my first time with BDP Eye Center and I was extremely impressed. Think I'll have all my records sent to them and start with a new Doctor there.

A 10:30 appointment time should be honored. It is 12:15 and they just called my client back. It is sad if you are 15min late they will turn you away. But being on time doesn't count for anything.
