The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and answered my questions satisfactorily. The eye exam was the most comprehensive I've ever had. I was glad Dr. Barnhorst reviewed the results at the time rather than requiring a follow-up visit. I am confident Teri will be accurate in performing the measurements on the lens. In summary, I feel comfortable that my eyes are in competent hands with the Barnhorst group.

Julie, the surgical coordinator, was so great, thorough, immediate attention to details, and had me booked for surgery in no time. She’s keeper. Shout out to Jacksonville Surgery Center staff for their efficiency, kindness, and to boot the IV placement was spot on first shot. I got LASIK almost 2 weeks ago. Dr. Barnhorst was great. He explained everything as he was doing it. Everything went smoothly and the next morning I was able to see perfectly!! Getting my eyes dilated a few weeks before the procedure was more annoying than the procedure it's self. I highly recommend Dr. Barnhorst. He will make sure you are a good candidate or he won't do the procedure. I liked the fact that the procedure was all laser and completely customized. I will be switching my entire family over to Dr. Barnhorst. I highly recommend him and his staff!
