Staff is super nice and I like the atmosphere when you enter. Doctor Barrera takes his time and answers questions, which is great. I don't feel rushed like other places. The only thing I did not like was the small waiting area they have. As soon as you walk in, you feel cramped, but overall, I had a great experience getting my eye exam.

Hey guys, today was my first time going to this eye center and I had a really good experience with the staff there! I went to go pick out some new glasses and the whole visit was about 20 minutes for less; the young lady that helped me was really easy to work with and she made the whole process quick and easy, I will be returning to this eye center!

The only issue I had was trying to schedule an appointment. I called everyday for a week during regular hours and didn’t get any answer/ couldn’t leave a message. Once I got the appointment everything was great though. Check in was super quick and painless, the wait was super short, staff are very transparent about pricing which is helpful. The eye doctor answered all of my questions and was great. My entire appointment took less than an hour. 10/10 would highly recommend

Great experience always with Barrera Eye Center! Dr. Barrera is so attentive and takes the time to answer every question — he truly goes above and beyond. Front office ladies, Gracie and Celeste, were also incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Barrera Eye Center. From the moment I walked in, the front staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Barrera is amazing — very patient, really listens, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and understood. I was helped by Lily Medina, and she was honestly the best. She gave me exceptional service, had so much patience, and really helped me find the exact glasses I was looking for without rushing me at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Overall, the customer service here was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I definitely recommend Barrera Eye Center — if you’re looking for an eye center, you truly can’t go wrong coming here.

Dr. Barrera is awesome takes his time answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and most importantly was honest and recommended what was best for my needs. Also want thank Lily and Kaithyn they were great help when choosing my eyewear. The whole staff is great

I had one of the best eye appointment ever. From their receptionist who greeted me friendly. Nurse and Dr were exceptional. Once I checked out Ms. Janie was very helpful with questions I had. Optical above amd beyond picked up my glasses and loved them .. I highly recommend you come here.

Just went to pick up my glasses for my mom & me and always the best customer service.

1000/10 for the doctor he was amazing at explaining and service was excellent. The older lady that charges was super rude, i had called last week she answered and sounded like she was in a bad mood and needed me to get off the phone. When i was about to pay she just charged me the amount and said nothing else i asked what i was paying for she gave me an attitude saying i had to pay for the exam. I want to say i only asked what i was paying for i never disputed the amount or anything i just wanted to know what it was for or a breakdown of how much was what. I ended up paying without an explanation as i felt like i was bothering her by my question that didn’t get answered. The doctor is amazing again! Best doctor ive ever been to!
