Uhealth Sleep Center: I had a very positive experience at the Uhealth sleep center. It was easy to find. The staff was very kind. The sleep room was surprisingly nice. Not sure if the negative reviewers were there long time ago otherwise I don't understand what they are complaining about.. The registration is in the central place on the 5th floor. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The sleep rooms are very nice and comfortable. Even a towel animal was prepared and waited for me on my bed like in a cruise. The inroom bathroom was clean and everything was functional. The sleep tech was very kind. Overall, I had a 5* experience, so again the negative comments must be obsolete or they used to being in the Fourseasons type of hotels.. this place is as good as usually a Marriott Courtyard gets. The Uber drivers had no issue finding the place and dropping and picking up at the entrance.
I felt very safe and comfortable. If you have sensitive ears, you could bring earplugs since the street has some noisy cars and the ambulance comes and goes. Mia airport landing planes can be heard

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Staff is helpful, friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, accomodating, and compassionate. Nice amenities , very clean facilities and restrooms too. Signage to get here could be better as could be the parking lot which gets flooded in spots.
Overall, can definitely see why it's #1 in USA.

I read a lot of reviews regarding the emergency room. Many complained about rudness, long wait, uncomfortable chairs. Here's my experience.
I came around 10 with my 11 yr old. The intake was smooth and quick. It must have been a quiet day. We were seen fairly shortly by a nurse, followed by an exam, then some paperwork, more imaging , and then the Dr. All in all we were there about 3 hours.
Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I think emergency rooms are a stressful place and people have to realize that and come there expecting to wait.
