Nothing professional here... The staff, the calls .. the doctor himself. Very shady business.

Dr. Bashir Tarraf is an excellent Optometrist, not just for the knowledge he has but for the way he loves his work. It is not very common to find a doctor that explains in detail what and how is the procedure. Absolutely recommend him as your next Optometrist Specialist

As nasty as it gets... one hour delay and zero communication.. while I am in the clinic the staff told me just to let it go we are a Arabs... wow .. how nasty.. He said so what one hour wait.. Then it turns into threats if I complain.. yes threats. I am not sure where to complain but this will escalate. And yeah the doctor can't talk to you or explain anything. Stay away. Update: The doctor called me and obviously he knows they screwed up and he was trying to sweet talk me but I refused this vulgar behavior, needless to say he was trying to wrap up and he said there is a misunderstanding... etc but he realized that I will complain about him and his office staff and he said do what you want to do. The funny part he doesn't want to review the cameras so obv6this is not the first time... The doctor himself wasn't ethical or professional when he talked to me. What a circus

Poor service. The woman works at front desk name raian doesn't know much. Poor scheduling poor knowledge of her job.
