They called Sat. to confirm that I would be here for my 9:45 appointment. I arrived early to find everyone outside and the office still locked. Some peoples appointments were earlier than mine. The man didn't show up to open the door until 9:45am! No apology or explanation. The fedex guy was even trying to deliver their pkgs, but nobody was there. Ridiculous!

Had a very bad experience just now at this location. I was spoken to rudely and I feel that I was mistreated by the associate who rudely brushed me aside to assist someone else. I ultimately ended up left the store without receiving any assistance and I will never purchase anything from that location. Terrible customer service. Sad but very true.

Where do I begin! Hidden Fee’s, $30 to fix a pair of (MH) glasses if you want them on the spot! Or wait 2 weeks for a free pair 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m still trying to understand the Office Managers reasons as to why this is not posted in the store! Oh she said “We can’t post everything, but then on the door they posted “ No cell phone use” 💀! It’s all a game, they will put an order to MH, charge MH for the pair I just paid and double dip! On another shady note, my 5 yr old grandson needed glasses, after she runs the billing thru MH the optometrist says she’s no specialist when it comes to kids and has the audacity to refer him to “ A specialist” this is after billing MH for her services, and Yes they knew he was 5! I hate to give BAD reviews but today’s issues was the Nail that sealed the Coffin! Oh and the front desk chick, no 🧠 cells!
