This is by far the most well operated office I have ever had to pleasure of visiting. All of the staff are incredible at their jobs, and the building itself is very inviting. As someone who is deeply averse to any and all medical settings, going in for my yearly appointment here brings me no anxiety whatsoever. Bailey in particular has been extremely helpful in assisting me over the phone! I am delighted to recommend this practice to all of my friends and colleagues, especially as they offer such a wide range of options (including orthokeratology overnight contacts).

This was my first time at Baymeadows Vision Center and it was a wonderful experience. The environment is so clean. relaxing, and so welcoming. The pre-exam was handled professionally and all tests were explained. I saw Dr. Alterman who provided one the most comprehensive exam I have had in quite some time. She also was calming and explained all aspects of the exam. I never felt rushed and all my were concerns were addressed. After the exam, I had a great experience with choosing glasses. There were so many to choose from! Teri was great in matching my face shape with the most flattering choices! It made selecting so easy! She also was a wonderful at ensuring my eye insurance benefits were applied and used correctly. As stated before the whole eye appointment was wonderful and I highly recommend this practice!

I had my eye exam and glasses prescription done today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Bailey, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. And, of course, Dr. Monica Brown was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs, and I’ll be bringing my family as well. If you’re looking for a great place for an eye exam or any type of glasses, I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Brown and her staff are outstanding. I recently went in to be assessed for Ortho K, and I am completely satisfied with the care I received. The staff is very welcoming from the time you walk in until you leave. They are personable, knowledgeable, and caring. Everything that you want in a care team. Highly recommend them.

I loved that she explained in detail every aspect of what was going on with my eye and the health of my eyes. Thank you Dr. Brown! Equipment was top notch. Very impressed!

Always friendly, efficient and supportive. All of the staff are super nice, most have been there for many years. They are very helpful at helping you pick the right frame for your face. They really know the eyeglass instances and always help me get the best value. I have been with them for 9 years and could not imagine going anywhere else. Dr Brown, Kimberly and Gabby are awesome?
