I recently experienced exceptional service during an emergency at this establishment, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The owner went above and beyond, demonstrating not only remarkable efficiency in providing prompt care for my son's injury but also genuine respect and consideration. Their honoring of military service added a personal touch that was deeply appreciated.The eye Dr was professional and thorough with a calming demeanor. The owner's helpful and respectful demeanor, coupled with the swift and compassionate response to our situation, made a stressful moment much more manageable. I highly commend this establishment for their outstanding service and commitment to both the community and those who have served in the military.

The eye care was extremely professional and respectful. The receptionist and sales people helped me out with the fact that glasses never look good on me but still found a pair that do and for an exceptional price. The doctor herself was also extremely professional and respectful, answering any question you may have to provide as much clarity as possible. And don’t get me started on the view, very good place, highly recommend.

We have been having wonderful experience at Bayside Family Eye Care. The staff at the front desk was very informative and helpful. Caryn was very helpful and knowledgeable to pick up the correct lenses for my son's glasses. Highly recommend this location if you get new eyewear. This location also provides eye exam.

I had a very positive experience here today. The receptionist was very friendly and was even able to accommodate my daughter without an appointment. The doctor was excellent and explained everything throughout the exam nor did I feel any rush. My daughter is usually scared of going to the doctor but she very much enjoyed her time. Steve was wonderful! He gave me great recommendations on glasses and took his time despite being busy with other patients. They work with your budget without being pushy. Best place with the best doctors as well! Called to make an appointment and they took me in the same day! The doctor was amazing and so through! Everything was so clean and the machines were upgraded and top of the line. After I got my exam done, Steve and the other opticians were so helpful in recommending lenses and helping me choose the perfect frame. They have the best selection- as well as shapes and sizes to fit any face shape. They were so patient and work with you and explain every step and coding regarding the lenses. My baby threw my glasses out the car window and I found this place when searching for an eyeglass store in the vicinity. Steve was very friendly and helpful. He quickly fixed my glasses and I was on my way. I have returned twice to get glasses for the rest of my family. The staff is patient and the doctor is very gentle and thorough. Great staff. Showed up with out an appointment because my daughter broke her glasses. While waiting for an eye exam, the lovely gentleman behind the counter tried to fix her old pair. The eye doctor was great with kids, and extremely patient with my daughter, who has some special needs. They had a great selection of frames, and the gentleman was very knowledgeable about each frame and lens option. Prices were very reasonable. 10/10 recommend.

From making an appointment, to seeing the Dr., to picking out lenses, to receiving my new glasses, absolutely the best overall experience! The Dr. listened to my concerns and questions and treated me with kindness and respect. Don’t fall for the google reviews. Check yelp. I made my appointment in January. I ask the lady on the phone if she need my insurance. She said no just bring with yourself.”See you in March 16 you all set.” I didn’t get no phone call about my appointment confirmation and it was no appointment scheduled. After I checked yelp reviews I totally get it what happened and thank god I didn’t make that appointment. I went back to Visionworks already monday my new reading glass will be ready soon. (Covered by my insurance,no cost no extra charge ) I just don’t like when people wasting others time.

I had a very good experience with Bayside Family Eyecare. I needed to order new progressive lenses, and Sarah was very helpful in ordering my new lenses, and her along with the owner explained the prices and gave me a good deal. Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. So don't hesitate when shopping around and looking for glasses because this is definitely the only place you need to go to. I will definitely be returning for any future glasses.
