I've always had a great experience at Beach Eye Care. I ordered new glasses for the first time in years and Silesia took care of me and she was wonderful! She explained everything clearly and got me a fantastic pair of glasses at the best price. Their contact lenses department is great as well and I haven't met a doctor I didn't like. I highly recommend Beach Eye Care!

Horrible service! I got charged for part of the exam eye that was never specified o would be charged afterward. It wasn't said until I called several times that I was waived last year. It took about a full month for them to refund me. I had to go into the store to find out my papers were "lost" for however the amount of time it took to file the refund. Unexcusable customer service on the phone. They kept saying they would call back but never did. Then refunded me, I still got charged even though they said it would be pull out from the refund. Waste of money and time. If you can afford over $300 glasses, don't go here!! Update! The customer service rep contacted me and gave a refund. Apologized for the long wait and was respectful. Unlike the staff at the store

Silesia did an awesome job at helping me. I walked in and in 5mins of her approaching me, we found exactly what I was looking for! She’s super awesome and was very friendly. I didn’t receive care from the optometrist and randomly came in to order eye glasses. 4 stars because the front desk wasn’t as professional as expected. It seemed like they didn’t prioritize the patients in front of them while having side conversations with each other.
