My family (including young children) have been patients at this office for years and the quality of care we have received has been consistently high. I recently had an issue with the fit of my contacts and Dr.Tran was incredibly kind and patient as he worked with me to figure out what was going wrong (I just needed a different brand). I absolutely recommend this office.

Every so often you get a doctor that you wish would never retire or that you would never move and lose their services. Dr. Tran is that guy. Remarkable communication and he takes the time to listen. You never feel rushed or like you're asking a stupid question. Unfortunately I'm in the second category of moving and will certainly miss the great customer service and professionalism Dr. Tran provides.

The last behind the desk, I believe her name is Penny, she was so amazing and so sweet. Probably the nicest person I have ever made contact with in a professional setting. She literally brightened my daughter's and my day with her wonderful energy, making us also feel so welcome. The guy begging the counter was so amazing too! He spoke with the doctor for my daughter and was able to get her in the next day because she was having pain in her eye, which turned out to be a scratch. The doctor was also so nice and so sweet. She made my daughter feel so comfortable, especially since she was super nervous. I absolutely loved this place and all their staff. This is definitely where my entire family will be coming from here on out! Thank you so much! I highly highly recommend this place for all of your families eye care needs!

I had an outstanding experience at Beavercreek Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The front desk team was welcoming, efficient, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The exam itself was thorough and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It’s obvious the staff truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. The entire team created a comfortable, friendly atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I couldn’t recommend Beavercreek Vision Center more highly. I had the best experience! All of the office staff were excellent. They made me feel welcome and at home. The man at the front desk is very helpful. The assistant who took the pictures of my eyes is very nice and has a lot of patience. The doc is very efficient and nice. I can't say enough good things about the ladies assisting with the glasses and check out. They are awesome!

I had my very first visit here on 11/28 for a basic eye exam. The staff are very friendly and I received a warm welcome. Dr. Jones was very pleasant, took her time with me and explained things thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Very happy with this establishment and will return for future visits.
