I visited this practice today for the first time, and this was also my first time having an eye exam. Dr. Petersen was the OD I had an appointment with, and she could not have been better. She was professional and courteous, and she took the time to answer my questions. John the optician was also fun. Dr. Petersen was wonderful! She and the entire staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. I received my trial contacts within 24 hours. Picking out glasses has never been better. John provided suggestions and feedback and helped me choose frames that work with the shape of my face. They had excellent knowledge of my insurance plan and what it provided. My children had their first eye appointments as well and they made the process fun and explained every step so they felt comfortable. It was a great experience. We will be back!
