I did my surgery four years ago with Dr. Beitman and I am not satisfied with the results at all. I had the worst pain that I wasn’t aware about prior to the surgery. He promised almost immediate results which I did not get from day one to now. My vision remained blurry, and the attitude of the doctor is very very very nasty. I visited an eye doctor today and I got reviews that my eyes were very messed up from this surgery and need fixing once again. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anybody, even to my own enemy. Be aware!!!!

My husband got a Lasik eye surgery 4 years ago and he promised my husband to get a perfect eye vision for the rest of his life and until this day my husband‘s eye vision is not good and he still see blurry and another eye doctor checked his eyes and told him that he has done the worst surgery for his eyes. Plus doctor Beitman has the worst attitude with the patients I would never recommend Dr. Beitman to anybody.

I would not recommend Beitman Laser Eye Institute. I was assured that I would have a 2 day recovery, and see 20/20 after my LASEK surgery. It has been almost 2 years and I still do not see clearly! It has been a nightmare. My job entails looking at a computer screen and numbers all day, so a fast recovery was very important to me. It took MONTHS for me to even be able to return to my job. At each follow-up appointment, he would give me a new timeline for recovery and tell me to “be patient.” I did everything I was supposed to do. I used all of my drops exactly as prescribed.
I eventually went to another Eye specialist because I wanted answers. I was told that I have a lot of “unexplained” astigmatism, inflammation, and should get glasses to help me see. I have a different prescription in each eye now. One is near sighted and one is far sighted.
On top of that, when I asked for my records from Dr. Beitman, the ”map of my eye” they took before surgery had someone else’s name and date typed at the top. That name was crossed out and they hand-wrote my name and date. When I confronted the doctor, he said it was a clerical error but it is definitely my eye map! How unprofessional!?
