I was very impressed!!!!! I wanted to try them out after I heard such great things from my co-worker. I was nothing but impressed from their staff knowledge and service. I been wearing glasses it seems all my life so I know my way around. They explain everything and suggested options but only to my needs, witch I loved. I didn't feel pressure or oversell me. I Love my new glasses & new look. I highly recommend it. I know I found my new Optical. Thank you Manager and staff

Great customer service! I was able to get in for an appointment right away and the doctor is amazing! He listened to all my questions and my concerns! Prices are really reasonable for the frames and I was able to get my order for my contacts right away..it was also very convenient that the employees speak both English and Spanish!

Probably one of the worst places for service I have ever seen. Called to pick up a prescription was told Saturday hours and arrived an hour after they should have opened to find they were closed. Went back again a few days later mid-week and again an hour after they should have opened they were still closed. How hard is it to follow your business hours when you say your open? All I can say is I have since moved to a better area and will find an establishement that can better serve their customers.
