I received a referral to visit the Bellaire location due to blocked tear ducts and saw to Doctor Hernan Palermo who was above awesome!
He was very caring to my concerns and took the time to draw and explain his procedure to cure my issues.
Today, I had to opportunity to work with his assistance Xochitl T. I must say upon many office visit to different practices I've never ran across a person the demonstrates true professionalism and goes above and beyond to explain any questions and concerns prior to Doctor Palermo coming in. She really made me feel welcome and comfortable.
If Xochitl could possibly be clone to every doctors office in Houston the world would be a better place.
