Blessings, my experience was a delightful one. I was able to share my joy with everyone there, such a blessing. My eye's and family history was thoroughly addressed.The location is perfect to get in and out of. I am excitedly waiting for my new glasses, a bit pricey, but the perfect fit for my face shape. I recommend them for a thorough, complete and timely eye checkup.

Man, what a great experience with Cindy today. I brought my glasses that I bought from Costco which I hated it because they didn't fit well and they were always slipping. Costco itself couldn't fix it. Cindy took the lenses out of the frame and put it in a new frame of a different size manipulating the frame with heat. So I have now my same lenses but with a different NEW frame that I really like. This saved me a TON of money because I was not forced to get new lenses. She also sat with me and adjusted the frame until I was completely satisfied. This is customer service at it's BEST!!! Pretty Happy here!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DEFENSIVE!!!!!
Whoever the lady is who is in charge of ordering your glasses and prescription needs to take some courses on being professional in the work environment. Recently my husband went in for an eye exam since our insurance was covered by this office. After the eye exam was done, we went on to inquire about purchasing some glasses. This lady proceeded to add all kinds of additional charges on the prescription. When I questioned the breakdown of the prices
she got very defensive and gave me an attitude. I was taken back by her lack of professionalism, and her argumentative personality. I went on to tell her that I was just asking what the prices were and she responded back with “Well I’m letting you know what they are.” very sarcastically. Is this how you guys do business? Instead of trying to help me understand she went on to defend why they were charging these prices. I would not recommend her to be the face of your company as her attitude and aggressiveness warranted me to leave the place immediately. I was hoping this was going to be a good place for my husband since my husband wears contacts and glasses. But I was wrong. I couldn’t understand the defensiveness and rudeness I was faced with in simply trying to understand and get an explanation on prices. Trying to charge someone $500 out of pocket on a simple pair of glasses is outrageous. Because of how she decided to handle the situation my husband and I will never go back to this place and give them our business do better Bellevue Eyecare Center have people who are a professional, kind and courteous. Very disappointing!
