She not only guided me through the details of my diagnosis but also offered valuable insights into habits that could contribute to maintaining healthier vision. 2. *Tips on contact lens* - For fellow informed customers, especially those affiliated with stores like Costco, I recommend checking online and third-party prices for contact lenses. Exploring insurance options with such stores can lead to significant savings. In my case, a 90-day supply of contacts from an alternative source allowed me to save around $40. Although claiming through insurance was involved, the cost-effectiveness made it worthwhile. I encourage everyone to conduct their due diligence for the best deals. 3. Room for Improvement -> Customer Service - While the business communicates effectively through emails and SMS, my experience with phone calls was less satisfactory. I made 2-3 calls for different reasons but couldn't connect with a real person. This might not be an issue for those who prefer textual communication. 4. Prescription Delivery Enhancement - On a minor note, I received a paper prescription despite the preference for email communication. Implementing automated email delivery for prescriptions, would be a valuable enhancement. It's my hope that this feedback contributes to the improvement of services of the business and its customers.

Well equipped. Staff is efficient and courteous. The doctors are friendly and kept me informed what they were doing and why. It was relatively easy to get an appointment and waiting was minimal. I learned that Bellevue Vision Clinic is not covered by health marketplace insurers. Unfortunately this means I may not return next year.

Quick to see me, same day, that I called with an eye problem. They performed a very thorough exam and were always kind throughout it. I felt their warmth and concern. I left with a prescription and a 'please call us back if you're not feeling better' goodbye. Thoughtful and respectful professionals.
