I was just fitted for a new scleral contact lens by Nancy Bonetto, O.D. Nancy was wonderful to work with and took excellent care of my needs. I have been to the office twice and both times felt well taken care of. Bend Ophthalmology has earned by future business!

Easily the worst experience I’ve had! Checked in and had to wait an extra 45 mins because apparently the docs didn’t know I was there and to make matters worse the lady with glasses that took me to the room was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! ***I called a week ahead of my appointment to make sure they had everything they needed from me and asked if they got everything from my team old prescription, measurements etc and they said yup we are good… Fast forward to when that rude women took me in the room said that they had nothing from me or my team and I had to provide that info or they would have to cancel and reschedule my appointment so I made a quick call to get at least my old prescription and the women tapped her wrist and said I don’t got all day I have plenty of other patients to see today!!!! Angry I left and said I’m not coming back! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AS I HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 45 MINS TO SEE SOMEONE AND THEY SAID I WAS WASTING THEIR TIME!!?! Forget it don’t come here if I were to make a better recommendation go see Hoffman, Bend Eye Center, etc they will take WAY BETTER CARE OF YOU!

I've been under the care of Dr Dimming for several years and I couldn't be happier. He took care of my cataract surgery several years ago and has been responsible for my ongoing Glaucoma treatment. Dr Dimming is a total professional In every way. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
