I'm so happy to have found Bender Eye! I received an excellent exam last month. I discovered I was misdiagnosed with cataracts in both eyes by another optometrist last year! I had been suffering with intermittent blurry vision for over 1 year only to discover it is likely from a dry eye condition, not cataracts. I am now using eye drops twice daily recommended by Bender Eye and my condition has greatly improved! I picked up my new glasses today. They fit so much better than my old ones!! The office is also elegant and beautifully decorated.

Great doctors, poor business practices. Got bait and switched for my annual eye exam. When they called to confirm my appointment, they also confirmed that I would only be paying my insurance co-pay. When I left to pay, they charged me $50 for a lens fitting that I didn't ask for, nor told about when I signed in.
Very stupid move, I probably would have approved the extra charge if they'd told me beforehand.
Hope the extra $50 was worth my lost future business and the $500 I still need to spend on contacts/sunglasses.
