Ben was very professional, and was very happy to answer all of my many questions with no hesitation. When you have your vision tested, he is relying on you to communicate what you see during the tests. He is excellent at helping you through that process so he can diagnose what is needed for correction etc. I am very confident in my review, and I'm glad that he is my eye guy!

I have been very pleased with my experience here. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. While I had been in the lobby, I began to have seizures but needed my meds. They waited on me instead of overreacted. I struggle a lot with more than one physical disability so I need others not to overact or tell me to leave. The doctor was also very good about answering my questions since my sight has changed so much. This was a positive experience in all aspects, whereas many experiences with my disabilities have driven me away.

My child is 6 and had an appointment with Dr Herring today! He is amazing. His staff was so nice and very patient with my child. I know my daughter is getting the best care at this office!

Dr. Herring and the staff are outstanding! I injured my eye on a Friday at 4 p.m. all the Dr.s had gone for the weekend. Dr. Herring returned to the office to see me and saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room. thank you, Dr. Herring and staff. your kindness in my time of need is greatly appreciated
