Excellent my wife and I have been coming here over 10 years and they take care of everything from my diabetes to my glasses. The doctors are very caring and the staff are all great.

I have taken my daughter to the Ala Moana Office nost often, and to the Waipahu Office once. Dr Kellan Kashiwa is her doctor. The employees have been extremely kind and helpful to us, making it easy to make appointments, reschedule, deal with insurance issues and to enjoy the experience overall. Dr Kashiwa is an absolute standout. He's so welcoming and always seems to be having a good day. I'm sure he isn't, but we would never know. We only have gone for my oldest daughter to get her eyes checked amd be fitted for contact lenses, but I know they do just about everything vision related. We have been set up with them for 2.5 years now and would recommend it to anyone!

Went to the Waipahu location and the workers there are very helpful and kind also Doctor Sarah Ho is a great doctor

Dr. Kellen was super cool, and incredibly calm + helpful. Sustained a weird injury while hiking, doc got me in right away, handled with caution. Followed up first thing the next morning, and ultimately was able to see me 2 days later at a different location on a different island. What an incredible man, and lucky for me, and incredible practice. Clean, fast, helpful, new equipment. I was not expecting quality care, and the folks at Bennett went above and beyond. Mahalo Nui!!!

Phone keeps ringing and no one answers. Leaving messages and call back number but no one returns phone calls. When someone finally answered, I was immediately put on hold and then they hung up on me. Very awful customer service!!!!!

Happy with the medical service

I recently had a health scare concerning my eyes and had the amazing luck of getting Dr. Sarah Ho as my eye doctor. I’ve seen her twice now and both times, she was very attentive to my needs. She’s very well educated and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She followed up with me via phone call after my appointments and I was surprised to hear from her. Normally, most doctors let their reception staff do follow ups so I was surprised that the actual doctor was following up. I really appreciated this because when you have anxiety over something as important as your eyes, it’s a lot more comforting to hear from the actual doctor themselves who can instantly answer any of your questions/concerns. I truly recommend Dr. Sarah Ho. She’s great. The doctors office is a little hard to find, it’s on the second floor of the building and the front door is towards the middle of the building. Regardless, still a great place to go.

Today’s experience of picking out and purchasing my son’s eyeglasses was awesome we have to wait two weeks for them to come in and we are so excited, if today’s experience is a hint to how awesome my son’s Glasses are going to be then I already know it’s going to be Lovely Mahalo Nui Loa

Great service in Waipahu office with Dr Elwishahi and Cass. Only issue is we can't pay our bills and co-payment with cash. They should accept cash payments

Dr. Danforth and the team are efficient and effective. It's a great experience. I highly recommend this place from the friendly and helpful staff to the knowledgeable doctor. Good atmosphere.

We had an amazing experience at the Eye Center of Hawaii in Waipahu. I was urgently trying to find an ophthalmologist for my dad after he woke up with new floaters and blood spots in his vision. After a scheduling mix-up elsewhere, we were running out of time for the day, until I called and spoke with Melanie at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and immediately spoke with the doctor. Despite being near closing, their team stayed late just to help us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. Melanie quickly checked us in and the two fantastic technicians, Jasmine and Reina thoroughly reviewed my dad’s history and helped measure his intraocular eye pressure, Cassie did detailed imaging, and Dr. Miller, along with his wonderful assistant Cecilia, carefully evaluated his eyes and explained everything clearly. Dr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for their care and compassion. Truly a fantastic team!!!
