The optometrist is barely in the office. One you arrive for your appointment, be prepared to sit in the waiting room for 20, 30 I waited 45 minutes to get called back. But that was just for an assistant. He asked a few questions, did a couple vision tests and took pics of my eyes. Then I go back in the waiting room and wait for another 20-25 minutes to see the doc. He gives me a trial pair of contacts to see if they are the ones I want to order. Prescription is way off, need to schedule a followup. First available is a month away. Go back, he corrects the prescription and the receptionist orders my contacts to be shipped to my house. Wait three weeks, no contacts. Call the office, they never even ordered them. Oh and they charge a "contact lense fitting fee".... like where you measure the eye like you were already going to do for a routine exam? I will not be returning.

Bennett Eye Care Midwest has provided me with outstanding care and service for over 20 years. Dr. Bednar took extra time to explain options after my eyes changed this year. I also appreciate having the optical department co-located. The staff members are always helpful when it comes to picking out frames. Thank you Bennett Eye Care in Gladstone!

Love Bennett EyeCare Midwest. The staff is always engaging and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Doctor was on time and made haste with my appointment which is always important!
