My first visit to Benson Vision Care was delightful. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I liked when I called to make the appointment she answered the phone. The doctor was very friendly, professional, and informative. It was the best experience I think I've ever had with an eyecare medical facility. The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I wish I could give more than five stars, more like five hundred! I am in a wheelchair and from the moment I opened the door and asked for help the staff was there to assist me with everything. They made me feel as comfortable and accommodated me as best as possible. I did have to transfer to another chair for the exam and I had not brought my walker to help, but Anna was wonderful at working with me to make it happen. Let me tell you about Dr. Jin, he is amazing! He took the time to explain the situation with my eyes and the different ways that we could approach it. I have had this problem for years but he is the first doctor who is willing to take the time to help me “get it right”! He really explains things well and makes sure that you understand. I can’t recommend Benson/Kent Vision Source more highly! I can only give five stars but they are worth many more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
