Horrible customer service, they give you an appointment and will have you waiting for hours before they call you, it’s always either the machine is broken or some other lame excuse, they had my mom waiting for 2 hours after her appointment time before she was called and that was because we had to go up to them and ask why she wasn’t being called if not she would’ve been there waiting the whole day. Then you go inside and you see the staff having conversations not doing anything, so unprofessional and disrespectful to all their patients, all the exams have to be re-taken because they never get them right the first time, not sure why…staff doesn’t look qualified…never coming back to this place

STOP. Do not make an appointment my experience was horrific. Dr. Juan Fernandez saw me for less than 5 minutes, after waiting hours. He did not look at my eye, he looked at me and said “OLD AGE” gave me a coupon to get over the counter drops (that expired 6 months ago. Here comes the “BAIT AND SWITCH “ they give me a follow up appointment ( I really did not care for the place) however, the appointment was with Dr. BERAJA. At last minute I went , they kept calling and changing date and time. Finally I went Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Waiting hours and did the same exam from 2 weeks prior, with one odd change the tech took pictures of my eyes between 10 to 15 ! I asked why? What is the purpose and why ? No answer, I say first time same tests from 2 weeks ago and why the pictures??? No answer. Waited hours again. Finally I get escorted to an empty office and outside of door. Victor BERAJA, Plastic Surgeon. !!! Doctor comes in after waiting, does not introduce himself and says….So, you want surgery on your eyelids? I answer “ I BEG YOUR PARDON???” I start to get up and leave. I had plenty to say but I said nothing, I was being SCAMMED by a Doctor. On my way out I said, your staff should not give coupons that expired six months ago. Not good for your image. I went out speechless.

I get here from half way across town and find the main entrance is locked and there are city violation notices on the door. All lights arw off! I walk around the building to see whats going on. I call to see if the building is open. They tell me to walk in the back hallway to get into this building quitely and dont talk to anybody. I am thinking the main enterance in the building is locked due to violations and i am getting in the back this is not right. I go upstairs pay and they tell me to wait. Then they tell me i was late and need to come back. Oh no i dont think so. You made me late by running this dodgy scheme. The city locked your doors and you are operating? Then you make me late and send me home? On top of that when i protested about refusing me service the rude and very aggresive manager instead of apologizing was blaming me for being late! If i was late why did you charge me? Stay away they are no good.
