Horrible service, 11:00amappointment, waited till 11:20am to get to an examination room. Doctor came in at 12:05pm, after apologizing, pretty much laughing about it. I said make less appointments to see everyone on time. She said, we won't be able to see everyone, what??? Plan not to go back.

Dr. Sesso is the best! Especially with Children. My daughter refuses to see anyone but him. It’s difficult to get a doctor to see children as it is. He has an excellent “bed side manner “ very humble and patient. He’s gentle with children and adults. I came as a patient and then brought my daughter and my Mother in law who had been procrastinating so long that she has a small cat come out of her eat. It was a peace of wax covered in fur.

From my first visit I know I was going to be ok. My recovery was as expected am getting better quickly.

I recently had a balloon sinuplasty to fix an extremely deviated septum. During the decision of which treatment to go with it felt truly collaborative, and Dr Sesso took the time to answer all of my questions to give me all of the info I needed. The day of the procedure, Dr Sesso was amazing, even though I was a ball of anxiety. At every step he explained calmly exactly what I was about to see, hear, and feel. The office staff (especially the tech assisting him) were great. I'm breathing out of the left side of my nose for the first time in literal years.

Sandra Honeycutt and the staff were fantastic to deal with. My primary doctor had put me on two types of antibiotics and two types of eardrops for what turns out to be dead skin buildup leading to ear pain. After multiple misdiagnoses I had an appointment with Sandra and she was able to scrape and vacuum my ears clean. I ended up passing out on the chair and was in extreme pain. The staff was amazing. Even helped with my little dog as I had brought him, not thinking I would be there for over an hour. They took care of us and even called to make sure I got home safe. I returned for a follow up visit a couple months later and she cleaned things up but she had fixed the problem. So thankful for caregivers that don't prescribe medication but actually fix the problem so you don't have to take medication.

I gave them 2 stars because my husband has had a pleasant experience. I don't always write reviews, but I have to say Dr. Patitucci is just want too busy - I was a new patient, she came barging in and hammering questions at me and as I answered she just kept say "uh-huh" "yep" - and when I finished she rattled off some things and basically made me feel like a I was being treated as the majority instead of an individual. Gave me steroids (oral and nasal) and sent me on my way. Called back because I still was having the symptoms at the end of the steroid pack, seeing if there is anything I could do to help and of course I can't talk to her, but a receptionist did call me reiterating what she said, and that interaction was just as unpleasant. In the exam room Dr. told me not to use Sudafed because of my High Blood Pressure, but tells the receptionist on the phone that I should use it. I said "Oh - so she changed her mind" and the response was a long "Ummmm....yeah". I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Not happy or feeling better.
