This was my first visit at Berkeley Eye Center. I was very impressed with the staff. They were all very friendly. Sean assisted me in the selection of my frames. He's knowledgeable in that he makes sure they fit your head and are the proper fitting frame design. He was excellent at this, because I tend to not pick appropriate frames. He makes me look good. The wait time for my exam was short, and I was pleased with Dr. Hilton as he answered all of my questions, and he also made some recommendations. Claudia assisted me with entering information for my order, which she handled quite efficiently. At check out Leticia was also courteous and cordial. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your facility You have some friendly, courteous and smiling staff. Great customer service !!!!!!!!👏 👌 👍

I had the best experience! Everyone was nice and friendly. I want to thank Andy for making it even better! I had never laughed so much while picking out new frames. I wanted to stick to the old frames that I had been holding on for 4 years in a row 😅 and he got me to change that and I loved it! So at 51 years old this was my first eye exam. I was a little nervous. I would like to thank Claudia and the rest of the staff for being patient with me and walking me through the process, all you guys are top notch! Also Dr. Hilton was great and very easy going. I never felt rushed or like just another number. Would highly recommend!!
