I had a good experience. I felt safe with the friendly security guard. The staff inside was great and even though they were busy, they managed all the patients well. I really liked the doctor and felt he addressed all my concerns. Happy overall and they accepted my insurance.

Bernard and the rest of the team are exceptional. As someone that has a very high prescription and family history of bad eyes, his willingness to dive in and explain the nitty gritty of how to optimize comfort and script for my toggling back and forth between contacts and glasses - work and the outdoors. Dr.Hale has examined my eyes for two years. He’s charming, but beyond that, he’s thorough and professional. Last year he told me I’m developing cataracts, and based on changes this year, he went into detail about what I can expect in the future. I hope I don’t ever have to see a different eye doctor. Also, his assistant was thorough and quite nice!
