Been coming here for years. Everyone is welcoming. The place is very clean. Dr Cha is always sweet funny and professional, but she frequents their other location on Peachtree. We go here because it’s closer but I’m sure the other location is great too. They have a variety of prescription glasses to choose from (from very affordable to expensive brands) usually take a week to pick up after fitting.

If you want good customer service and someone to actually listen to your concerns then don’t come here. I’ve come here with family members and their glasses have been messed up each time they get new glasses. My mom had glasses made and they could not use the glasses due to the laboratory making them incorrectly. When bringing this to their attention, they supposedly fixed it and when trying them again they still weren’t made correctly. I asked for them to replace them and now they said they can’t do anything. In order to get new glasses, we have to pay for new glasses instead of replacing the ones that were messed up. Also, my sister has gotten glasses here and when she states that she can’t see, they just say you have to get used to it even though she really can’t see. I have ordered her glasses from another location and has never had a problem except for this place. When trying to speak to the doctor, they always say she’s busy and does not have “time” to be interrupted or disturbed due to how busy she is. She was supposed to call us back and it’s been almost two weeks since the supposed call was supposed to arrive. They are so quick to try to get your business but do not care once you’re an existing customer. Stay away from this place.

I brought my 75 year old father in for an exam as a new patient and it was an excellent experience. The staff was helpful, patient and thorough. Dr. Choi, she was as sweet as pie! Very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and energetic. We look forward to including the rest of our family among their new patients.
