We have been visiting this clinic since 5 years. Their technology is very advanced. We liked the way the doctor thoroughly examined the condition of our eyes, took time to sit with us and explain and advice on further steps. The staff is very welcoming.

I had a lovely visit at Bethel Eyecare. They have convenient appointment times later in the afternoon, a beautiful office/store, and friendly, intelligent, and helpful staff and doctor. I haven’t gotten an eye exam in years, and everyone was patient with all my questions ☺️ Definitely my new go-to!

I arrived to nothing but smiling faces. Everyone was so nice. They take their time explaining things and are very helpful. No long wait they moved me right along. It’s a very nice office and they are clean. Before putting my face on a machine they made sure to completely wipe it down. I really appreciated that! You’ll love it here!

I found and made my appointment based on reviews from zoc doc.I initially went to the wrong office which was about 10mins away from each other.The receptionist was very kind and gave me a card with the address and called the other office on my behalf to let them know I would be arriving shortly. When I got to the correct office I was greeted by the receptionist who was also extremely kind. I lost my wallet so I didn’t have my documents on hand but I did have scanned copies and she allowed me to email them in with no problem. I had a less than 5 minute wait throughout each step of the process, everything was extremely thorough but fairly quick. I loved the modern esthetic, fairly young relatable staff, new technology, and all the ways they can insure you have the proper RX. EVERYONE in the office was so friendly and accommodating especially because I had to bring my 4 month old to the appointment. Thank you Dr.Choi and Staff!! I’ve never been excited to return to an eye doctor before but I had an awesome experience and would recommend to any one looking for an accurate, fair, and quality optometry experience.

Clinic staff are great and very nice and responsive. All areas are very clean. Eyeglass staff took forever to acknowledge me and could use some customer service training. They won’t work with more than a single person at a time. Once they acknowledged me service was fine.

I’m extremely happy with my new glasses and the quality of care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a thorough eye exam and a great selection of frames with outstanding customer service.

They were very intentional about customer service. I greatly appreciate that. The only thing that I was shocked about was the $10 fee for the PD measurements for classes. It seems like this would be covered with your eye exam and not additional fee. Some places do it for free. Otherwise, great service, great place. Definitely will return next year.

My husband and I saw Dr. Choi. She has a wonderfully kind bedside manner and she spent time answering all our questions. Anthony helped us select our new glasses and his customer service was exceptional. He was patient, helpful, and just so lovely to work with. Dr Shim was great! Great with kids. The PIB location was quite big and all the staff were great. Had to wait a bit due to some miscommunication but all in all, nice atmosphere, with friendly staff. Happy to have changed my pediatric eye doctor.
