I was required to go to the office by the SSA. I have night blindness. He did a seemly thorough job in the exam, but then referred me for glasses. I paid $165 5 weeks ago and I still have not received the glasses. After leaving 2 messages and no return phone call I finally spoke to the optician on the 3rd attempt. She could not find my record and told me they didn't have an order for me. Later that day she called back and said they had found it and the glasses would be ready soon. That was. 10 days ago and no phone call.

The staff is very personable and warm. I enjoy talking with the doctor—he always has interesting conversation and answers any questions about your care you may have in a way you can understand. They have a good selection of frames and accessories.
