While waiting, an employee passed by our side, talking on her phone without acknowledging that we were waiting for service. I guess I'm buying my mom’s glasses in a better place than “Better Vision”.

My wait time is more than I like, but things happen. I love Dr. Chris Holland! I also love the receptionist Janell. She is a total sweetheart. It’s wonderful to call a place and get someone like her to help you and to greet you when you arrive. Dave in the opticians department is so patient and so helpful.

THIEVES! I purchased Prada prescription glasses with a warranty on frame and lenses. The anti glare coating wasn’t working after several months so I wanted to replace them BEFORE I moved to another state. When the glasses finally arrived at the store they were the wrong frame. The worker told me to hold on to the incorrect frames while they sent a request for the replacement which could take 2- 4 weeks so I would have glasses in the meantime. I told her that I’m moving to another state in 2 weeks and she said that’s fine and wrote down my new address. It’s been MONTHS and they haven’t given me the frames I paid for and have the audacity to blame me for not knowing the workers name. Sorry that I didn’t know in advance I was being lied to? Next time I’ll assume fraud.

Very nice and friendly staff , there was one lady there that was very helpful and helped my mother with her glasses and the whole process was quick, referring to the one on Ramsey street in Fayetteville.

Awesome atmosphere, Ladies up front office are always very pleasant. Dr Holland takes time to explain all eye test that are performed. Very through with passionate professionalism. I have been their patient for years. Highly recommended.

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam, two days in a row. Never got a call back. The second day I called, someone answered and placed me “on hold” and then it transferred me to an automated system that said they were closed at 10am! Guess I’ll find somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

Wondering people working in this office. They have patience and great knowledge of everything u need to assist u. I will refer everyone to this office.

Nice staff; great eye examination experience. Optometrist explained everything and very pleased with appointment.

Always a good experience with Dr. Carver and her team. Dave in the optical department is a great help! He has always been very professional and helpful to my son and I . I highly recommend coming here.

It was ok my timing was jus off i hadnt anticipated the long wait of my exam time .my bag!
