I was told on the phone and confirmed on the phone before my appointment that the cost of the appointment with my insurance would be 75 dollars since my insurance doesn't cover the full amount of my procedure I get there, attend my appointment, go through with my procedure and it's suddenly 175 dollars! Smh lying to customers on the phone clearly and this same exact thing happened to my mother, I highly recommend you find a different eye doctor practice in this city, besides that I would like to add that the actual doctors were amazing, A1 but the front desk people lying to me really puts me off!! (And if the owner would like to see the transcript from my call log of your desk attendant telling me 75$ dollars I can gladly do so!)

Overall had a pleasant experience! It has been several years since I've been to the eye doctor, but, they made for a comfortable visit. They checked me in with a friendly face, made for a relatively painless eye exam, and ensured after that I was able to purchase something within my budget/coverage. I would go there again! One caveat is the office is somewhat small, as is the parking lot. But the family feel of the place trumps that unlike many chains you go to that do not prioritize your needs.

My favorite doctor of optometry practices from this office. I have followed Dr Peacock around Tallahassee for 30+ years. He always has the best staff. It is a small office where I always feel valued. Hunter has been fitting my glasses for a few years. She is a delight. Terese did my precheck - she’s professional and still, she had me laughing.
I have not purchased frames from this office but I always look. They have a nice selection on little more than one wall. You won’t be overwhelmed. I find the frames pricey, but I suspect the pricing is competitive.
