Dr Bigles ruined my vision and would not admit it. My vision is worse now than before my cataract surgery. I did not wear glasses before but now I do. Do not let him perform any surgery on you our your loved ones eyes. I caught him in several lies. Staff is great.

I spent almost 3hr waiting to see Dr Blue today April 27,2015. After not being called to see Dr. Blue I asked the receptionist if I had been forgotten, a nurse responded it would be soon! After this response I decided to ask for my records and find another Dr. that cares about his patient rather than the almighty Dollar! No one should have to wait for 3hrs to see any Doctor! But I understand this is every day common with Dr. Blue! This just goes to show you that they are more interested in booking appointments rather than servicing and taking care of the individual! It was almost like the nurse was happy that I left the office without seeing him so she would not have to spend her time on me!! I urge everyone that may be planning a procedure with the Blue Laser Group to do your homework and talk with individuals other than Dr. Blue recommends. After your procedure is done there are lots of cost down the road that they never tell you about. Like tear duct plugs at over one thousand dollars a pop! Investigate before you spend all the thousands of dollars that is related to this procedure and maby you want be unhappy and can't see like me!!!
