Terrible costumer service. Lost my insurance information 3 times. The day before my appointment they called and left me a message stating if they didn’t get my insurance info I would not have an appointment the following day. I called and gave it to them. Then at my appointment they had lost it again. Told me if I didn’t pay the balance in full before leaving it would go to collections. (I have never had an issue paying my bills) I actually left crying because of the rude way was treated. I called and paid my bill and asked if I could order and pay for the glasses I had chosen. No surprise when they put me on hold then told me they had no record of which ones I chosen or the prices or the modifications we had added. Seriously! I paid my bill and took my prescription. Going somewhere that doesn’t lose my information!!! This place used to be good. Now I would not refer any one here.

I've been coming here for about 20 years now, ever since Jess and Carmen left there's honestly no reason to go back, staff is short with you, communication isn't the best, and I refuse to see Dr despain again. I was having legitimate problems with my eyes blurring on me and after he did a rx check, I was wearing contacts doing the test where I cover one eye, I told him (while my right eye was covered) I couldn't see the board in front of me and that my eye was blurring out. He told me to look at it with both eyes and if I could see it? I told him yes, but my left eye was still blurry. He told me "well you see with both eyes anyways" and chalked it up to a win? Never having problems with vision and going to this is quite alarming, and being dismissed like I was just another part of his paycheck is getting old. My last experience is a called needing a medical appointment, never returned my call, had to go to the walk-in clinic. Would of loved someone with eyeball experience to help me. Oh well. If only other places accepted my insurance 🙄.

High pressure on buying glasses there. I didn't want to buy there,so asked for my prescription. They said they'd mail it? It's mine, and I paid for it? So I told them I wanted it! I've always been given my prescription!? They went and got it.
