Had a very strange customer experience here. My first visit this past July was wonderful - one of the best doctor's I've had, and the front desk coordinator was sincerely so kind. Everyone in office is wonderful! So when I had an issue with my new contacts about two weeks later, I didn't think it would be a problem to get it resolved. I called the office a few times, leaving messages, without answer. I tried using their text service. Nothing was returned except for a few "we're checking on this" or "we have to check with the doctor" for literally...months. I finally got an email in late September (my visit was in July) that they had a technical issue and could now help me resolve it. I got my contacts just the other day... it's November. When I picked them up, everyone again was so kind!!! I do not understand the disconnect between in-office and the people you call/email/text. I think they may hire outside people to do their phones, and I think that's a huge mistake. I really wanted to return here, but waiting 4 months for resolution is unreasonable.

I've been going to Biscardi vision since way back before Dr Wortman (the prior owner) retired. Aside from being excellent at her job, Dr Biscardi is just an absolute delight. I always end up laughing may way through every visit. Dr B runs an extremely efficient and fun practice and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else but Biscardi vision for my vision care.

Dr. Biscardi and Stephanie are the dream team! I’m one of their neurovisual patients and every time I go for a visit, I feel like I’m at home. I enjoy my appointments which is saying a lot! My concerns are actually listened to and my questions are never brushed off. In fact, I’ve learned a lot about my eyes throughout the process of being treated for BVD. It took me some time to adjust to my glasses but Dr. Biscardi was with my every step of the way, calling to check in and seeing me last minute for an adjustment. Stephanie also explained everything in detail when she dispensed my glasses and made sure they fit correctly. It’s been two months and I feel so much better. I no longer struggle with daily headaches, dizziness, or nausea and have less anxiety overall. I know it will only get better from here 🙏 I highly recommend going to Dr. Biscardi if you think you have BVD or if you just need regular eye care!
