Went to get new glasses. Eye exam was ok but that is where is fell apart. Picked my frames and lenses. After the lenses came in from the lab, I tried them in the office and they were unusable. I could not see clearly at all. I was told I HAD to use them for a week before they could do anything. So I tried them and still unusable. Went back to see what my next option was. Redid the exam and they realized some things were not correct. They called their lab and advised they would call me back. I never received a call back but finally I called them to find out what was the story. I had to pay more for the "better progressive" lens. I subsequently declined and asked for a refund. I finally received my check and it was lower than what I paid. I called office and was advised they took out the cost of the lenses. Even though the lenses were of no use to me and the first submission to the lab was not correct. Found out they called some other number vs my phone number. Oh well. Will not be back.

I really appreciate this place. Dr. Hill gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I think I've ever had. They were not hurried and were pleasant to deal with. Got me fixed up.
