They helped me find better discounts and once my glasses were ready they told me to come back for any problems and when i did (due to the middle support slightly bothering me) they helped me immediately and fixed the problem within a few seconds.

Isabella in the optical department is absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service skills are outstanding. Not only is she extremely nice but she is extremely helpful with any of your optical needs. She always helps me pick the glasses that would look best for me, based on my prescription and face shape. She's very patient and just wants customers to be extremely satisfied with their purchase. Recently purchase two pair of and the quality was poor, bad recommendation from sales rep, the bifocal do fit right, several people said they did not like the fit and now I stick with two pair of glasses I paid $448.00. When I told the sale rep. I like designer glasses, since implied their too expensive. ZDont assume what one can or can not afford. Poor service, never again. I
