This was my first time doing a virtual eye exam and the experience was great! Thank you all for the amazing customer service : )

The eye exam was great. However, the coat of frames was higher than most optical centers.

My experience was pretty good. Not having an eye Dr. on the premises was a little off putting, though. Good customer service for the most part.

My experience with the optical dept was excellent. Tom and the other associate were friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They were so honest with suggestions. I have another pair ready to go.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom and Janet. There was a mix-up with our appointments, but they took the time to make sure we were taken care of. I wish there was a bigger selection on frames, but the options were still good.

The store itself is great, but the optical dept. Needs work. I purchased new glasses ,after 2 weeks my lenses developed a crack. I went last week and a nice gentleman reordered my glasses . I got a email that they were ready , optical dept opens at 10 am . At 10:05 a lady finally walks into store and tells me she will be right out, at 10:15 she comes out and can't find keys to the drawers and went to find a manager. 10 minutes later and no word I left , will return this afternoon maybe she will be set up by then and be ready for customers. Finally got my replacement glasses and low and behold another crack right in the middle of the bifocal. Another pair was ordered. I will ask for full refund if a 3rd pair has a crack, I'm questioning the quality of the lenses at this point.

Waisted 1 and half hours of my time. There is no actual doctor on the premises. The appointment is virtual with a technician giving various tests/taking images. Janet, the technician was EXTREMELY nice and professional. The virtual doctor on the other hand was rude. She claimed she could not read the pictures that Janet took several times and that I needed to see an in person doctor.

The obtical team was very knowledgeable and friendly it was a quick process
