I couldn't have been most pleased with the service received at the Medford Optical location. I went in for a contact renewal prescription and was given the most thorough examination i've ever had for this. All the staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Nidia, Jaime and Liz provided excellent customer service. In addition their contact lenses prices beat anyone else out there. AAA+
